শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা

1. Acceptance. By accessing or using Hadakiya Brothers ("the Platform") operated by Hadakiya Technologies Pvt Ltd ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872 to use the Platform.

3. Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is deemed to be your activity.

4. Marketplace nature. The Company is an intermediary under Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act 2000 and operates a facilitation platform between independent vendors and customers. Products and services are offered by the respective vendors.

5. Vendor obligations. Vendors are responsible for the quality, legality, pricing, invoicing (including GST), and dispatch of their listings. Vendors must comply with Section 24(ix) of the CGST Act and hold valid GSTIN where applicable.

6. Pricing & payments. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. The Platform collects the gross amount, deducts applicable commission + TCS under Section 52 of the CGST Act, and remits the balance to the vendor's registered bank account per the published settlement schedule.

7. Delivery. Hyperlocal / parcel delivery is fulfilled by Hadakiya's logistics partners (Dunzo, Porter, Shadowfax, Shiprocket, Delhivery) or by the vendor directly. Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.

8. Returns. Please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Prohibited items. No sale of narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods, services violating Indian law, or any item on the Platform's prohibited list.

10. Intellectual property. All trademarks, logos, design and software remain the property of the Company. Vendors retain IP of their product content but grant the Platform a worldwide royalty-free licence to display it.

11. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the net commission earned on the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes. The Company may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
